Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with stage IIIB or IIIC gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma.
- You have had surgery to completely remove the tumor (R0 resection).
- Your cancer tests positive for PD-L1 with a CPS score of at least 5.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment other than surgery, such as chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You are generally well and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
