Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You had surgery to remove stage IIIB or IIIC gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer, and all visible tumor was removed (R0 resection).
- Your cancer has a PD-L1 CPS score of 5 or higher (a test on your tumor tissue).
- You have not had any chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy before.
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your blood counts and organ function meet certain levels.
- You do not have cancer spread to the liver, abdomen, or other distant sites, and no severe heart or lung conditions.
