Who can take part
- You have had surgery to remove stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer (stage II or III).
- You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, or other cancer treatment before this trial.
- Your tumor has a marker called PD-L1 CPS of 5 or higher, or is positive for EBV, or has a DNA repair problem (dMMR).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are generally healthy enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
