Who can take part

  • You are between 4 and 17 years old.
  • You have obesity, based on your BMI compared to other kids your age and sex.
  • You have been in the HEAL weight management program for at least 3 months without losing weight.
  • You are not allergic to Sophora japonica (the plant the supplement comes from).
  • You do not have type 2 diabetes.
  • You are not currently taking certain weight-loss or ADHD medications (like Saxenda, Wegovy, Concerta, or Risperidone).
