Shorter chemo with targeted drugs for low-risk DLBCL

DLBCL - Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This trial compares two different lengths of chemotherapy (4 cycles vs. 6 cycles) combined with two targeted drugs, polatuzumab vedotin and rituximab, for people with newly diagnosed DLBCL who have a low-risk score. The goal is to see if a shorter treatment works just as well with fewer side effects.

Comparing new drug combos for untreated DLBCL

This study compares three different drug combinations for people with untreated DLBCL. One group gets a standard combination (pola-RCHP), another gets that plus a targeted pill (like orelabrutinib or venetoclax), and a third gets the standard chemo without the targeted antibody. The goal is to see which approach works best and is safest.
