Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLCL) that is CD20-positive (a marker on the cancer cells).
- You must be between 18 and 80 years old at the start of the trial.
- You must have a low IPI score (0 or 1), meaning your lymphoma is likely to respond well to treatment.
- You must be in fairly good health, able to do most daily activities (ECOG 0-2).
- You must have measurable disease on a PET/CT scan, meaning there is at least one tumor that can be clearly measured.
- You must not have other serious medical conditions, such as uncontrolled heart disease, active infections, or other cancers.
