  • You are overweight or obese with a BMI of 25 or higher.
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet access.
  • You are not already following a low-calorie diet or taking weight loss medication.
  • You have not lost more than 3 kg (about 6.6 pounds) in the last 3 months.
