  • Have a BMI of 25 or higher (overweight or obese)
  • Have at least one weight-related health condition (high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or joint problems)
  • Own a smartphone and have reliable internet at home
  • Be able to commit to 6 months and attend 12 online sessions
