Testing combinations of three study drugs in healthy volunteers

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old
  • You weigh at least 99 pounds (45 kg) and have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 32
  • You can avoid alcohol, caffeine, smoking, and nicotine for 3 days before the study starts and for the whole study
  • You can avoid broccoli, cauliflower, grilled meats, and poppy seeds for 2 days before each dose and during the study
  • You are generally healthy without any major ongoing medical conditions
