Who can take part
- Be 18–55 years old for the healthy-volunteer parts, or 16+ for the CF part
- Have normal heart rate/blood pressure and acceptable blood/urine/breathing test results at screening
- For CF: confirmed CF diagnosis by sweat test, and stable CF treatment
- For CF: lung breathing test (FEV1) must be in a study-defined range (different if on CFTR modulators)
- Agree to effective birth control if you can become pregnant, and do not join if pregnant or breastfeeding
- Do not have recent serious infections, active COVID-19, smoking, or certain medicines that affect immunity
