Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have primary membranous nephropathy (a specific kidney disease) diagnosed within the last 5 years, confirmed by a kidney biopsy or a positive blood test for anti-PLA2R antibodies.
- You have high levels of protein in your urine (more than 3.5 grams per day) or very high levels (over 8 grams per day).
- You have not used certain immunosuppressant drugs (like steroids, cyclophosphamide, or rituximab) in the past year, or if you used rituximab, your B cells have recovered.
- You do not have serious infections, unstable heart or lung conditions, or a history of cancer (except cured skin cancer).
- You agree to use effective birth control from when you sign up until 12 months after the last dose.
