HSK39297 tablets for active lupus nephritis

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of active lupus nephritis (type III or IV, with or without type V) from a kidney biopsy within the last 12 months.
  • You have significant protein in your urine (at least 1 gram per gram of creatinine) and a lupus disease activity score of 8 or more.
  • You have not failed treatment with mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) in the past and are not allergic to MMF or steroids.
  • You are willing to avoid pregnancy or donating sperm for the study period and for 30 to 90 days after the last dose.
  • You do not have severe kidney failure, active infections like tuberculosis, or other major organ diseases.
