  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have had pain that lasts or comes back for more than 3 months.
  • Your pain is due to a condition like fibromyalgia, low back pain, arthritis, or cancer.
  • You are not currently taking psychotropic drugs or being treated for major mental health conditions.
  • You do not have a known history of alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
