  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
  • For the main group: you have active RA and are about to start biological therapy (a type of treatment that targets the immune system).
  • You are willing to have blood drawn, complete questionnaires, and undergo an EEG (a painless test that records brain activity).
