Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 90 years old
  • You have noticed a mild decline in your memory or thinking over the past year
  • You can still do your daily activities independently (like dressing, cooking, managing money)
  • You can walk and get out of a chair on your own
  • You are not currently being treated for bipolar disorder, psychosis, severe depression, or severe anxiety
  • You do not have any metal implants in your head (like clips, coils, or stimulators) or a history of seizures
