Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have rectal adenocarcinoma that is pMMR or MSS (types of tumor DNA repair).
  • Your cancer is stage II or III and located in a way that matches specific tumor depth or node involvement.
  • You are in good physical condition (ECOG 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
  • You have not had previous cancer treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for this cancer.
  • You do not have severe autoimmune diseases, active infections, or other serious health conditions listed in the exclusion criteria.
