  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have had tennis elbow pain on one side for at least 6 weeks
  • You have not had injections or physical therapy for your elbow in the last 3 months
  • You have not taken anti-inflammatory painkillers regularly in the last 2 weeks
  • You do not have severe health conditions like cancer, bleeding disorders, or are pregnant
  • Your BMI is 35 or lower
