  • You have poor sleep quality (based on a sleep questionnaire).
  • You have a device with internet access.
  • You are not in your internship or social service year.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have children, and are not currently in therapy or taking sleep or mood medications.
  • You do not work the night shift.
