Online sleep therapy for university students with anxiety or depression

Who can take part

  • You are a student at a Hong Kong university or college, aged 18 or older.
  • You have mild to moderate anxiety or depression symptoms (based on a screening score).
  • You have had insomnia symptoms for at least a month, and your sleep efficiency is less than 85%.
  • You can communicate in Chinese.
  • You do not have epilepsy, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or recent suicidal thoughts/attempts.
  • You are not currently receiving professional treatment for insomnia or enrolled in another online insomnia program.
