  • Your platelet count is very low (below 30,000) even after trying at least one treatment.
  • You are not taking certain blood thinners or anti-inflammatory drugs daily.
  • You do not have an active infection like hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
  • You have not had certain B-cell treatments (like rituximab) in the last 6 months.
