  • You have advanced or metastatic stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has not been treated before.
  • Your cancer is HER2-negative (a protein that can make cancer grow faster).
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had any prior immunotherapy (like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors).
  • Your major organs (like your liver, kidneys, and blood) are working well, as shown by recent blood tests.
