Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis using the CASPAR criteria
- You are between 20 and 50 years old
- You have no past or current heart symptoms like chest pain or shortness of breath
- You do not have other autoimmune diseases, heart valve problems, heart failure, arrhythmias, or severe lung disease
- You do not have kidney problems, congenital heart disease, blood disorders, or cancer
- You are not taking certain weight-loss drugs or chemotherapy medications
