Heart function in psoriatic arthritis: a study on endostatin levels

Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA)Subclinical Right Ventricular Systolic Dysfunction

Part of Bones, joints & muscles, Skin clinical trials.

This trial uses an ultrasound measurement of the right side of the heart to detect early heart muscle weakness in people with psoriatic arthritis who have no heart symptoms. It also looks at whether a blood protein called endostatin is related to this heart function.
