Who can take part

  • You are a male professional football player with an active contract and regular competition play.
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old.
  • You have not used any inspiratory muscle training (breathing muscle training) in the past 12 months.
  • You have no recent muscle, bone, or joint injury, and have not had surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You do not take medications that affect your heart or breathing, and you do not smoke or use recreational drugs.
