Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You swim at least twice a week, 30+ minutes per session, for the past 3 months
  • You have no current or past lung or respiratory disease (like asthma, COPD, or emphysema)
  • You have no bone, muscle, or joint injuries that would prevent you from swimming 100 meters
  • You have not done breathing-muscle training programs in the last 6 months
