Study on surface cavities in natural teeth

This study looks at cavities on the surface of natural teeth. It aims to learn more about these cavities. You may join if you are at least 18, in good general health, need dental treatment, have at least 15 natural teeth with no crowns, and have at least one cavity that has reached the dentin (inner layer).

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are in good general health.
  • You need dental treatment.
  • You have at least 15 natural teeth with no crowns.
  • You have at least one cavity that has reached the dentin (inner layer) on a tooth surface.
  • You are not pregnant (if you could become pregnant, a urine test will be done at the visit).
