- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to your liver and is adenocarcinoma type.
- You have tried at least one standard treatment and your cancer has gotten worse.
- Your tumor does not have a certain type of genetic instability (MSI-H or dMMR) or a RAS or BRAF mutation.
- You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG 0 or 1).
