Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with advanced or spreading solid tumor confirmed by biopsy or tissue sample
  • Cancer has progressed despite standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate or are not suitable for standard options
  • At least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans
  • Life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
  • Adequate organ function (heart, liver, kidneys, and bone marrow working reasonably well)
  • Willing to provide tumor tissue sample (either archived or fresh) for testing
