Who can take part
- You are an adult (18 or older).
- You have COPD that is not well controlled even with triple therapy (LAMA, LABA, and ICS inhalers) or dual therapy (LAMA/LABA) if ICS isn't suitable.
- Your blood shows elevated eosinophils (a sign of inflammation).
- You have just started or are about to start dupilumab as prescribed by your doctor for COPD.
- You have not been hospitalized for a COPD flare-up in the last 4 weeks.
- You are not in another study that could affect this one.
