Who can take part
- Your child must be between 5 and 18 years old and weigh at least 25 kg (about 55 pounds).
- Your child must have a confirmed diagnosis of IgA nephropathy or IgA vasculitis nephritis.
- Your child must have moderate to heavy protein in the urine (proteinuria).
- Your child's kidneys must be working well enough (based on a blood test).
- Your child cannot have an active infection needing antibiotics or antiviral drugs.
- Your child cannot have had certain biologic treatments (B-cell targeting drugs) in the last 3 months.
