Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 44 years old
- You have sprained your ankle at least once
- You have had your ankle give way (feel unstable) at least two times in the past six months
- You score less than 24 on a standard ankle instability quiz (the study will check this)
- You have not sprained your ankle in the last 6 weeks that caused you to miss physical activity
- You have no history of ankle surgery or lower-leg fracture in the past year
