Flossing therapy with exercise for chronic ankle instability

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have had at least one ankle sprain or your ankle has given way multiple times.
  • Your ankle feels unstable, especially during activity, for at least 6 months.
  • You have not had formal ankle rehabilitation recently.
  • You do not have a latex allergy or any serious ankle injury like dislocation or fracture.
  • You are not doing other ankle treatments or intense extra exercise during the study.
