This study checks how an ankle sprain affects your daily life and well-being. If you came to the Saint-Brieuc emergency room with a twisted or sprained ankle (no broken bone or need for surgery), researchers will ask you about your recovery and quality of life over time.

  • You are 18 or older
  • You came to the Saint-Brieuc emergency room for your ankle injury
  • Your injury did not need surgery
  • Your injury did not cause a broken bone (fracture)
  • You haven't had any ligament or bone injury to your knee, hip, or ankle in the last 6 months
  • You did not injure another joint in this accident that limits your movement
