Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 25 years old and your BMI is between 18 and 24.9
- You have had at least one moderate ankle sprain more than 12 months ago
- You have ongoing ankle sprains or your ankle frequently gives way or feels unstable
- Your ankle sprain only affects one side
- You have no history of fracture, surgery, or replacement in your legs or hips
- You do not have circulation problems, diabetes, high blood pressure, or other conditions that could cause risk with blood flow restriction
