Who can take part
- You do at least 90 minutes of physical activity each week (like walking, running, or sports).
- You fall into one of three groups: never sprained your ankle, or sprained it but it doesn't give way, or sprained it and it gives way often.
- You have not had any surgery or broken bones in your leg or foot.
- You are not pregnant, and do not have a balance disorder, nerve disease, or recent head injury.
- You are not taking medications that affect thinking (like narcotics, antidepressants, or anxiety pills).
