Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy.
- You have been taking stable doses of blood pressure or diabetes medications (like ACE inhibitors or SGLT2 inhibitors) for at least 3 months.
- Your blood pressure is below 140/90.
- Your 24-hour urine test shows more than 300 mg of protein (albumin).
- You do not have a kidney transplant, active cancer, liver disease, heart failure with low pumping ability, recent heart attack or stroke, or certain immune system conditions.
- You are not on immune-suppressing drugs, and your kidney function is not severely low (eGFR above 20).
