Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have a kidney biopsy confirming IgA nephropathy within the last 2 years.
- You must be taking a stable, maximum dose of an ACE inhibitor or ARB (blood pressure medicines) for at least 3 months.
- Your urine test (UACR) must show protein levels between 500 and 3500 mg/g.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) must be 30 mL/min/1.73m² or higher.
- You cannot have had any steroid or immune-suppressing treatment in the past 3 months.
