Who can take part
- You must be 18–80 years old and weigh at least 50 kg (males) or 45 kg (females)
- You have IgA nephropathy confirmed by a kidney biopsy within the past 3 years
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min/1.73 m²
- You have significant protein in your urine (at least 1.0 g/g during screening)
- You have already been on standard kidney-protective medications (ACE inhibitors, ARBs, or SGLT2 inhibitors) for at least 12 weeks at a stable dose
- You are willing to receive meningococcal and pneumococcal vaccines at least 14 days before starting the study medicine
