Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and a student at the University of Kansas.
- You have bulimia, binge-eating disorder, or similar milder symptoms.
- You have a smartphone and can read and speak English.
- If you take medication for mood or mental health, the dose must have been stable for the past 4 weeks.
- You do not currently have serious suicidal thoughts or active substance abuse.
- You are not underweight (BMI below 19.5) and do not have anorexia or avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.
