  • You had your baby at full term (between 38 and 42 weeks of pregnancy)
  • You are within the first 24 hours after giving birth
  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You agree to take part in the study
  • You do not have any foot wounds or skin problems like fungus
  • You do not have a heart condition or any complications from pregnancy or birth
