  • You had abdominal surgery today and are in the hospital's general surgery unit.
  • You are 18 or older and willing to volunteer.
  • You don't have serious mental health conditions or take antipsychotic medicine.
  • Your feet are free of infections, wounds, or other skin problems.
  • You don't have severe pain (above 7/10) or conditions like blood clots or osteoporosis in your legs.
