Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • Your spinal cord injury happened more than 6 months ago and is between the chest and lower back (T1 to L5)
  • You can walk with some help (walking score 0 to 9)
  • Your height is between 150 cm (4'11") and 200 cm (6'7") and you weigh less than 100 kg (220 lbs)
  • You have a friend or family member who can help at home during training
