Who can take part

  • You must have a spinal cord injury that is not getting worse and happened at least one year ago.
  • You need to already be in a related study at CHUV and have an implanted stimulation system.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your weight must be under 100 kg (220 pounds), and your height between 160 and 190 cm (5'3" to 6'2").
  • You must be able to lift and hold crutches with both hands while sitting.
  • You must be in stable health and able to speak English or French.
