Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older.
- You have a type of B-cell lymphoma that affects the central nervous system (brain or spinal cord) and has not responded to or returned after previous treatment, including a drug called high-dose methotrexate.
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a recent biopsy (within the last 6 months) or have one available.
- Your overall health is fairly good (ECOG score 0-2), meaning you can carry out most daily activities.
- Your kidney and liver function are within safe ranges, as shown by blood tests.
