Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can sign informed consent
  • You have confirmed primary CNS lymphoma (or specific CNS-only relapse) that can be measured on scans or tests
  • Your lymphoma has CD19 found on tumor testing if you previously had CD19-focused treatment
  • You have already tried and did not respond to CNS treatments like high-dose methotrexate or high-dose cytarabine
  • Your overall health can safely handle the procedure (ECOG 0–2 and you are healthy enough on blood tests and organ checks)
