Who can take part

  • Are between 16 and 20 years old
  • Have had type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months
  • Score high on a stress reactivity questionnaire
  • Have internet access and a device for virtual sessions
  • No severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, suicidal thoughts) or other major illnesses where diabetes is secondary
