  • You are between 45 and 75 years old
  • You have type 1 or type 2 diabetes
  • Your diabetes is well-controlled (A1C of 7% or lower)
  • You are not pregnant, a current smoker, or have nerve damage
  • You do not have major health issues like heart disease, lung disease, or a history of knee replacement
