Who can take part

  • Age between 50 and 80 years
  • Diagnosis of wet AMD in one eye (the study eye)
  • Previous treatment with aflibercept (e.g., Eylea) that showed some improvement in vision
  • No anti-VEGF injections (like Eylea or Avastin) in the study eye for at least 28 days before screening
  • Must have had cataract surgery in the study eye (the natural lens is replaced with an artificial one)
  • No history of certain eye conditions like retinal detachment, uveitis, or advanced glaucoma, and no prior vitrectomy (eye surgery removing the gel inside the eye)
