Who can take part

  • You have heart failure (any type) with symptoms that put you in NYHA class II or III.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your doctor expects you to live more than 6 months.
  • You are already on the best standard medications for heart failure (according to ESC guidelines).
  • You are not living in a nursing home or rehabilitation center.
