  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with heart failure.
  • You are currently in the hospital for worsening heart failure or are a stable outpatient managing heart failure.
  • You are able and willing to give written permission to join the study.
  • You meet the extra criteria for at least one of the specific treatments being tested.
