Who can take part

  • Your pancreatic cancer is advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) or has spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have already tried at least two different chemotherapy treatments, including one with fluorouracil and one with gemcitabine, and your cancer got worse during or after that treatment.
  • Your tumor must test positive for a protein called CLDN18.2 (Claudin 18.2).
  • You are generally able to care for yourself and are up and about more than half the day (ECOG score 0 or 2).
  • Your blood counts and organ function (like liver and kidneys) are within a range that is safe for the study drug.
