Who can take part
- You are 18 to 40 years old
- You speak Turkish and can read and write
- You have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes after week 24 of pregnancy
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
- You do not have other chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, or thyroid issues
- You have not been diagnosed with diabetes before this pregnancy
- You have no other pregnancy complications like preeclampsia or preterm labor
- You have access to the internet on a phone or computer
- You do not have major depression (as measured by a brief questionnaire)
