Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 40 years old
  • You speak Turkish and can read and write
  • You have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes after week 24 of pregnancy
  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more)
  • You do not have other chronic diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease, or thyroid issues
  • You have not been diagnosed with diabetes before this pregnancy
  • You have no other pregnancy complications like preeclampsia or preterm labor
  • You have access to the internet on a phone or computer
  • You do not have major depression (as measured by a brief questionnaire)
