Who can take part

  • You are a woman who has had breast cancer.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have completed active treatments such as chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery.
  • You have pain, limited arm movement, or swelling (lymphedema) in the arm on the affected side.
  • You do not have other types of cancer, or cancer that has spread or returned.
